NFTs in their current form have many of the same properties as rare and epic items in a massively multiplayer online game. They have social signaling value: people who have them can show them off, and there’s more and more tools precisely to help users do that. … But what exactly are these NFTs signaling? … If someone shows you that they have an NFT that is obtainable by doing X, you can’t tell whether they did X themselves or whether they just paid someone else to do X. …what if we want to create NFTs that are not just about who has the most money, and that actually try to signal something else?
GOM Labs was created with that purpose in mind. How can we solve this and create a true Soulbound NFT?
Our project revolves around three pillars:
- PROOF OF EXPERIENCE
- IPs
- DAO
PROOF OF EXPERIENCE
The first contribution we want to give to this market is changing the selection/allowlist process. That will allow us to create the necessary database that in the future will be used in our “Proof of Experience” protocol. For this, we are creating our own RPG Game: THE CLOAKING. The only thing you need to get in the Allowlist is beat the game. We plan to evolve it every year with new mechanics, new platforms — it can be incorporated on Decentraland or Sandbox, for example — or expand to other projects too.
IPs
The IPs we create will follow our values as a Web3 community. Either the Lore, Visual, Music, or Merchs! It means true ownership for the holders.
DAO
At the end of every journey, there is always a reward. Our team will ensure that every journey is rewarding by listening carefully to what the community ask and how it fits with our values. We believe in building a community-driven platform, and our utility plans will be decided after “The Cloaking” ends. Join us on this exciting journey!
🚧 Yet another exciting area of crypto is experimenting with DAOs. Many governance structures need improvement before we can move on to bigger experiments. Meanwhile, the regulatory framework for these projects needs more research as well — a good resource would be A Legal Framework for DAOs. It’s important not to forget about existing laws when exploring new technology like this because there could be problems related to compliance or unforeseen consequences.

Our genesis collection is called GEMSTONES, or as we like to say, “GEMs”. GEMs are your pass to all our future projects into the Metaverse. $SUN
Only a few things in this world are truly magical. One of them is the power of the SUN. For as long as anyone can remember, the SUN has been a source of life and light. Some say that those who possess its power are blessed with strength and vitality.
Initially, only ANIMALS were able to harness the magic of the SUN. However, with the arrival of the metaverse, humans finally shared in its power. The SUN token was born from this union, and it can only be obtained through one of them.
🚧 For now, $SUN is an in-discord currency — most ERC20 tokens used in NFT projects are securities. They will be subject to SEC rules and regulations when regulators look into the space. Before releasing a token, we will need to extensively converse with our lawyers to ensure compliance.
